@lukecadell I've said and still maintain that my low-A diet seems to have pushed me from 7 hours to 6.5 hours, but that's also now 10% of my life ago, so things also change in that direction as you age

Much of the society you enjoy and nearly all of the device you're reading this on were built by these exact type of people who would rather die than join you at a bar or concert.
