👉🏾 Smart Ranch Hackathon winners Safe Bangle & Terra Edge advanced real-world ranching solutions through stakeholder collaboration.

👉🏾 Batch 3 of the UJ-CONNECT Entrepreneurship Mentorship Programme, where eight innovative founders from Uganda’s tech ecosystem showcased impactful IT solutions addressing challenges in the education, health, agriculture, and insurance sectors.

Following competitive pitches, four entrepreneurs were awarded Proof of Concept cash prizes to support the scaling of their innovations:
$5,000 – Essymart Africa
$4,000 – Microvest (U) Ltd
$3,000 – Ticketyo Technologies Ltd
$2,000 – Twahirah Islamic Center

Through the Government of Uganda–Japan partnership, UJ-Connect continues to support an enabling ICT policy environment, strengthen ICT human capital competitiveness, facilitate international business matching, and promote technology-driven entrepreneurship.
