October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, honoring those affected by the disease. On Saturday, October 25th, Quail Springs Mall hosted a fashion show to celebrate survivors and fighters, with adult cosmetology students providing hair and makeup services.
Our Interactive Media students honored Veterans Day by collaborating with veterans like Captain Ron Cooper and Col. Bob Warner at the Bomber Vietnam Memorial. For the Oklahoma Veterans Film Competition, they created videos to celebrate their service and the memorial's history.
Mr. Evan Hopkins of Hopkins Haircare recently inspired our adult cosmetology program as a guest speaker. He shared his journey and keys to success in the industry, igniting passion in our students. Thank you, Mr. Hopkins, for your support!
