@Walgreens pharmacy tech attempted to use my insurance on another person’s name. Then handed me my insurance card & said “I can’t bill this, your name isn’t on the card.” Yes, it is, you had the wrong name. 😳 Now I’m stuck paying $ because she can’t figure it out.
