For a legislative body that loves to talk about Israel, surprisingly few members of Congress are going on the record as to why it "good" to integrate American and Israeli militaries.
The House Armed Services Committee will vote TODAY on whether to strike Section 224 of the NDAA, which would integrate the most sensitive technologies within the U.S. defense infrastructure with those of the ISRAELI military.
Update: The House Armed Services Committee just rejected an amendment that would have removed this provision. A recorded vote was NOT requested, meaning the American public will never know which Members supported or opposed this pivotal legislation.
@Suntimes If these children are "forgotten", it is by their own parents. It is inconsiderate & unrealistic for others to have to parent them.
BTW - these black media figures urging "understanding" would have a completely opposite reaction if violent mobs of white teens were doing this.

On June 8, 2026, I’ll speak on the floor of the House to honor and memorialize the brave crew of the 🇺🇸 USS Liberty who died and were wounded in an unprovoked attack by 🇮🇱 Israel on June 8, 1967. Catch my speech on @cspan.

Another man stabbed in the neck on the CTA Blue Line in the Loop last night.
Brandon Johnson’s safety plan launched March 10, promising 75% more policing and real crime drops.
Since then, at least four stabbings and sharp-object attacks have hit CTA trains and platforms. Aggravated assaults and batteries are up 33% year-over-year.
Three months in, the only thing rising under his safety plan is the number of stabbings.

@SuvyBob Syria was smaller and less important to the region than Iran. Neither Russia nor China want to see Iran disintegrate, so they will support, discreetly, but they will support.
Both China and the Houthis demonstrated this in '25. Trump picked a fight with both - trade war with China, actual combat with the Houthis. Both responded far beyond what Trump expected, and he backed off. Even the Euros learned this lesson in early '26.
The interpretation in Tehran is that Trump only responds to power. In this view, the more #Iran stands firm and demonstrates resolve and a willingness to escalate, the greater the chance that he will back down:
Iran threatens to target Israel if Israel strikes Beirut → Trump calls Netanyahu and urges restraint.
Iran targets U.S. bases in the Persian Gulf in retaliation for U.S. strikes on its coastal military positions → Trump adopts a softer tone toward the Iranian leadership.
