We started with Tom Gale back in 2015 (Sports Scholarship grant) and we have been with him on each step of his journey since then all the way until tomorrow Friday 30 July at 1.15am UK time when he steps in to the Tokyo Olympic stadium in the Men's High Jump. Go Tom!!

600,000 primary school children have been denied the opportunity to learn to swim this last 18 months. That’s a lot of kids less safe around water & maybe just one that doesn’t get on the road to Olympic sport. Swimming is a life skill we must make sure every single child has

I had a great chat with this gentleman today. I asked him what his best advice was for me. His answer? “Listen more than you talk. The more you listen the more you learn. When you talk you already saying some thing you know (or think you know).

Wishing our @TeamGB athletes a huge good luck in Tokyo as the opening ceremony of the Olympics begins today.

Over 70 of the athletes competing once took part in the School Games National Finals! So who knows… we may see a future Olympian in this year's competition!
