It is #WorldStrokeDay2024 today, which highlights the importance of finding strength through support. Hannah (OT) received a lovely appreciation card this week from a patient and his wife, following a period of stroke rehabilitation in the community. 😊 #worldstrokeday

After a stroke resulting in R sided weakness, this patient was discharged using a rota stand. He is a dog trainer at Crufts + his goal was to get into his van to attend shows again. He achieved this goal today with Erica (OT) + Katie (physio) after a period of rehabilitation. 😊
