One thing black people are good at is pointing out what black people are bad at. (And that goes for both your topic and in general.)
We do it all the time: Xhosas are so so, Zulus are so so, x-african country citizens are so so. And it's always the bad stuff. When one of us does something, we don't just chastise that particular person, we generalise - we say, "that's black people for you". We give licence to others to see us as inferior - "if this was a white person, it'd be better."
We could get very far as a people if we'd stop the "what's wrong", and focus on "what's good". We could get very far as a people if we could learn to protect each other.
