Immmm baaaaccckkk!!!! Fall sports start in 3 days. You all should be staying hydrated ESPECIALLY my outdoor athletes. I found this gem today @DollarTree ONE DOLLAR. Water is key but throwing an electrolyte replacement in the mix is not a bad idea and may help prevent cramping!

Due to the heat warning and high index, we will NOT have open fields tonight. We will start on the ball training in preparation of Little Miami Soccer Tournament on Monday at MHS from 6pm-8pm. If you are taking part in the tournament you must attend these trainings.
