WIth that being said, the committee will meet again this week and look into details if any kind of partial refund will be due to teams that didn't get at least half of their games in.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news - the weather is not moving out as quickly as we like and then more to come. 
The Tournament Committee has meet and decided to cancel the remainder of the day and resume as normal Sunday.
