I totally agree with @sandro_asp : whatever the platform, Integration is not easy. Do not confuse the ability to quickly "build something" with the ability to build a proper Integration solution.

Looking back at the overview of CNCF'c current works on message catalog and service repository, these are actually tools/features that I have been expecting, alongside Azure Event Hub's Schema Registry.
