When the Conservative party changed its leader while in power, the lefties loudly condemned the "undemocratic process" that Sunak, May, Truss hadn't stood to be elected as PM. So, why aren't the same people complaining now? (it's not because different standards apply to them?)
@lady_valor_07 Say, "your beliefs are valid, and you may enforce your prejudices in your own home. My beliefs are valid, and, in my house, my rules apply".
When the Conservatives, then in Government, changed their party leader, and, by extension, the country's PM, the Labour Party was vociferous in condemning a "non- democratic" process. Leaving aside the fact we don't elect the PM, why aren't those same voices being raised now?
@zoyafatma12781 Sport that doesn't use a ball? All running and jumping games, nearly all equestrianism, (bar polo), swimming, (bar water polo), sailing, rowing, darts, all ice- based sports, rock-climbing ... (though I don't believe that is a sport?) .... list goes on.....
The yotties were EXTREMELY silly to get anywhere near a warship, of any nation . And no vessel has "right of way" under IRPCAS. So , absolutely no sympathy from me.
Received a call from the Conservative Party asking me to reactivate my membership, resigned in 2020 at the way the Government mishandled the cv episode. This was the second such call in 2 months. I am even more determined to vote Reform next time.
