Over time and via many various combinations of time management, I’ve realized something quite remarkable.

Waking up at 3:30 A.M. is the absolute most optimal time to start a new day as CEO.

In the early days at 18 when I ran Yunai Design & Marketing - my first business - an agency I sold at 22 - I wouldn’t sleep for 48 hours 🤣. This I do not recommend at all. We would run sprints 2 days with no sleep and then crash 🤣.

I tried working very late, but that also feels like you are a little behind once you wake up.

5:30 also works but still is too little time to reflect before the phone starts ringing, etc.

No, there’s something almost magical about 3:30 A.M. - it’s the hour where clarity lives, where the noise of the world disappears, and where the mind becomes a weapon instead of a battlefield.

When you wake up at 3:30, you enter a different dimension of leadership.
No messages. No calls. No noise.
Just pure focus.
