Yesterday I slow cooked lamb in red wine, garlic, ginger & added spinach, so for today I made a pie for supper.

I scraped, steamed & buttered Jersey Royal potatoes, which I had with white asparagus tips & I actually made lamb gravy.😁

Dessert was raspberry sponge & cream.😋
