A producer’s lawsuit against Drake over his ‘Iceman’ track “Janice STFU” has been voluntarily dismissed.

According to court documents obtained by Complex, producer Aviel Hirschfield dismissed the lawsuit in its entirety without prejudice, meaning it could potentially be refiled. The circumstances surrounding the dismissal remain unclear.

Earlier this month, Drake’s representative denied allegations that the song’s chorus was lifted from Hirschfield, calling the lawsuit “manufactured and baseless.”

“Drake wrote this song and has no connection or knowledge of this person, full stop,” the rep said.
