A10 With some basic coaching skills, yes, anyone can be their own coach. However the difference might be in their success which takes self-discipline and honesty. #MTtalk
A9 I've learned some great questions to ask myself, I've learned about different tools that I can use to help keep track of my goals, actions and progress. #MTtalk
A8 I'm currently do it with some new daily habits that I want to implement. I am using a 'habit tracker' form to tick off each day when I complete the new habits and at the end of the week, review how I have done and what adjustments I could make to improve. #MTtalk
A7 You can measure it by the progress you are making. Are you achieving what you want to achieve? Are you changing in the way you want to change? #MTtalk
A5 Self-discipline is needed to ensure you keep moving forward and not let yourself 'off the hook' for when you don't do the actions you said you would do! #MTtalk
A4 It may differ in that you may be 'harsher' or 'harder' on yourself than you might be with someone else. Your expectations of yourself as your own coach might be quite high, yet you would never have the same expectations of a client. #MTtalk
A3 When: for perhaps 'easier' goals or habit changes. Why: because you can do it anytime such as a daily review of your activities, new habits or your progress towards something. #MTtalk
A2 Positive self-talk is about the language you use to see things in a positive light. Being your own coach is about seeking improvements and progress towards some goal or habit. #MTtalk

I am sickened to see protesters dance on the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier and desecrate the National War Memorial. Generations of Canadians have fought and died for our rights, including free speech, but not this. Those involved should hang their heads in shame.
