Thank you to Mr Vickers for the best leavers lunch for our Year 6 pupils down in Forest School. Jacket potato, sausages, beans, cheese and even halloumi on the menu. Year 6 said it was the best dinner ever 😋
Well done to our fabulous Year5/6 rounders team. They played superbly in the HX7 festival tonight. Wasn’t our night tonight but some fantastic bowling and batting skills and as ever the best sportsmanship ❤️ #teammidgley
@MidgleySchool choir enjoyed a fabulous evening at @CalderdaleMusic Voices Together event last night at the Victoria Theatre. Our choir performed with other schools as well as performing individually
The sun came out today for Robins Rio Carnival! We all enjoyed a dance with our fancy masks on. Mrs Leadbetter even brought in a bubble machine for the party
After lunch we got to play in the soft play gym. We’ve fed reindeer, goats and sheep and stroked an owl🦉 We’ve all had tea and just getting ready for the hoe down party this evening 🤠
Wow what a fantastic day we have had today @gulliversfun We have amazing rooms in the Castle Hotel. We’ve held tarantulas and snakes in the animal experience. We’ve created our own theme park rides and had a fun music session #gulliversresidential
Well done to our amazing cricket team who entered the HX7 Year 5/6 festival tonight at Booth Cricket Club. We came joint 5th but as you can see half of the team was made up with some of our Year 3/4 pupils so we could still enter. They showed great team work and effort tonight 👏
Well done to Elspeth for reading beautifully at @midgleyvillage well dressing event this morning. Well done and thank you to Robins and Jays classes for creating our lovely dressing.
Congratulations to our amazing year 5/6 netball team who won tonight’s HX7 netball festival. They played superbly winning all four games. We are so proud of you all! #teammidgley
Very excited to see @RedMonkeyPlay on site today starting the installation of our new trim trail! Many thanks to @midgleyvillage community forum and Hebden Bridge rotary club for their generous donations which topped up the efforts of @MidgleySchool pupils to make it possible 🎉
