The winter sports season starts this coming week!! Indoor track & field is actively looking for new athletes to join us for another great season! Spread the word!

That's a wrap on the 2024 XC season! We wound down the season yesterday at the Sectional Championships at Letchworth. Several huge PRs to cap off a great season. Huge congrats to sophomore Claire Givens for her top 10 finish, earning her a sectional patch!

League champs!!! Tough course at Newark but we saw some continued improvement from various athletes. Sectionals already around the corner this coming weekend at Letchworth! Huge congrats to Claire Givens for placing 6th overall to be named to the WFL All League 1st team!

Winter sports sign ups open this coming MONDAY!!! The indoor track & field teams want YOU to join us for another great season. In the last 2 years our teams have brought home 5 championship titles! Help continue to build on the legacy of our program for another great season!

Cross country season is well underway as we prepare for the McQuaid Invitational this weekend at Genesee Valley Park for one of the largest invites in the country! Recent meets have seen some serious improvement from our athletes, lots in store for the rest of the season!

HUGE CONGRATS AIDEN!!! DOUBLE state champion - winning both the long AND triple jump at states. His PR in triple jump of 49-0.50 feet rebroke his own sophomore state record from last week. He has extended the record by over a foot from it's previous mark of 47-8 from 1989!

How about TWO STATE TITLES!!!

Sophomore @AidenBryant22 leaps to a second state title today. This one in the Long Jump, with a jump of 23–feet, 5.75-inches!!!!!

State Qs! Congrats to Liz Elling, Karen Heffron, Kianna Naval, Sienna Lowe, Andrew Briggs, Hayden Wells, and Aiden Bryant for going! Aiden qualifies for states in both LJ + TJ, with his triple jump of 48-8 shattering the previous WFL + NYS sophomore record, ranking him #1 in NYS!

SECTIONAL CHAMPS!!! Girls go back-to-back as Section V Class A3 Champs, boys have some strong performances for a top 5 finish. New school records from Kianna Naval in the long jump, Hailey Barber in the weight throw, and Aiden Bryant rebreaks his long jump record. States Qs next!

The track and field world is getting to know Midlakes sophomore Aiden Bryant, the sophomore just hit 23-feet, 4.25 inches in the long jump!!

Congratulations to our girls 4x200m team of Kianna Naval, Alyssa Crance, Donavynne Hansen, and Makenzie Davis!!

They set a school and league record of 1:55.66 during the during the Jack Reed High School Showcase.

Great meets this past weekend! Several PRs, and more school records! The girls 4x200m record was broken by Alyssa Crance, Donavynne Hansen, Makenzie Davis, and Kianna Naval with the fastest time in the WFL this season! Aiden Bryant had a long jump PR ranking him 1st in the state!

Great meet at Nazareth this past weekend! Several PRs, and some big breakthroughs for a few athletes. Looking forward to our double meets this weekend! We will have athletes competing both at the Nazareth Jack Reed Showcase and at RIT for our WFL meet!

Great last 2 meets!!! Over 30 PRs, some big moves on the leaderboard, and our first school record of the season! Congrats to Aiden Bryant on his 6'3" high jump clearance to break our old school record of 6'1" from 2005. Excited to see our athletes compete again on the 6th!
