@AvantiWestCoast Thx Lucy - we haven’t been able to use the ticket to get home today and have now incurred an expensive hotel cost. Obviously that’s our choice but las we couldn’t travel today as planned will the train journey be refunded even though we resume it tomorrow when trains run again?
