One thing this generation is doing right: they are starting to reject the soul-crushing corporate grind that defined the last few decades.
More young Americans are choosing trades, entrepreneurship, side hustles, and remote work that actually lets them live instead of just survive. They are prioritizing real skills, self-reliance, and time with family over climbing ladders that lead nowhere.
They saw their parents burn out and said no thanks.
That instinct to build something on their own terms and protect their own time is a healthy cultural correction. High-trust societies need people who value real work and real life, not endless meetings and debt.
It is one of the better trends we are seeing.
