In the midst of tragedy, it’s beautiful to see all the kind words and memories being shared about PAC. I can’t even fathom what his closest friends and family are going through, and I hope they find some sort of peace in the memories shared.

PAC was genuinely one of the greatest in-ring performers of our time, and I’m glad that’s exactly how he’ll be remembered.

All Elite Wrestling is saddened to announce the passing of Benjamin Satterley, aka Pac. A native of Newcastle upon Tyne, England, Satterley began his wrestling career in 2004 and went on to perform for wrestling organizations all over the world, captivating fans with innovative high-flying moves and incredible in-ring ability. Pac signed with All Elite Wrestling in 2019 and held multiple AEW Championships and competed in some of the most memorable matches in AEW history. Our condolences go out to Satterley’s family, friends and fans.

Avery The Poke Kid's final Pokémon pack opening really was like a fairytale ending. ❤️‍🩹

He called for "last pack magic" when opening the final one, and he ended up pulling a Jirachi SIR.

The reason that Jirachi SIR was so important is that Jirachi is known as the Wish Pokémon. In one of its Pokédex entries, it is said it spends most of its life hibernating and will wake once every thousand years to grant any true wish. It doesn't wake up for just anyone, but will wake up from its slumber if sung to by a voice of pure heart—like a child.

This goes far beyond what what we've seen with alternative monitization in games. At least when AAA retail prices raised, there was the excuse that the extra money goes to cover costs of production. This is just Microsoft injecting ads into games they had no part in developing.
