#MetalMonday - Brackets
These laser cut brackets were produced in a range of materials including copper, stainless & mild steel - all cut and formed in-house.
We have 4 press brakes on site, allowing us to efficiently form high volumes of smaller precision parts like these.
Feature Friday - Non-cross contamination
We’re the only sub-contract laser provider able to cut non-ferrous materials without any risk of cross-contamination.
We use dedicated, separate machine slats just for non-ferrous cutting.

#MetalMonday – fast and slow cutting
Our lasers cut from 0.5mm up to 30mm thick, and the speed varies a lot depending on the material.
The 30mm mild steel here is cut nice and slow, while thinner gauges can be processed much faster.
