Did you hear our Bourbon Cake was featured on @foodnetwork in the 50 states, 50 cakes article?! We are too excited. We decided to turn it into a cake square for something fun and added a little crystallized ginger on top. Bourbon and ginger are a match made in heaven 👌🏻
Our Valentine’s Day treats tomorrow are 1. A chocolate cupcake filled with a housemade chocolate hazelnut filling and topped with orange buttercream. 2. The chocolate superfecta! It’s our famous brownie topper with a piece of chocolate cake with chocolate frosting. Decadent? Yep.

You will notice our scones have a new triangle shape! Winter is a great time for us to work on our recipes and make improvements. We feel our new method of mixing and shaping the scones results in a fluffier, less dry, more improved scone! We hope you enjoy them as much as we do!
