Hi @AirAsiaSupport, i just bought flight tickets together with my family of 5 (2 adults, 2 kids and 1 infant) i am also add value pack in the ticket i.e 20kg per person for luggages. Let say i am traveling with 2 big luggages and strollers with total wt of 60kg, is it any issues?

@AirAsiaSupport Hi jimy, I am refering to my booking reference no AGPU2F. The one that you mentioned is different one. I thought Air Asia allow the passengers to change or reroute their tickets due to Mount Agung condition. Please check back my request. Actually I am canceling my trip to Bali😌

@AirAsiaSupport Hi Anuar, the AA system updated a little bit late on the payment. Now my tickets are already captured in the system.
