@tryna_do_rite The first vaccine was developed in 1796, followed by vaccines for trivial things such as cholera, anthrax, rabies, tetanus, typhoid, TB, diphtheria, measles and smallpox in the 19th and 20th centuries.
So hardly anyone has ever had heart energy in forever.

Swedish TV host Malin Gramer has bravely opened up about her two-year battle with long-term #COVID19 and the profound impact it's had on her life. Her story resonates with so many still struggling. #LongCovid
@RogerGustafsso2@tappimorvi Blaming long covid on a vaccine that hadn't even been invented in March 2020 🤦🏻♀️ it's infuriating online and hilarious in real life
Each day holds the possibility of a miracle.
Based on the words by Elizabeth David.
And for me, fossils feel like a miracle every single time.
Close to the famous Charmouth Beach, I'm so lucky to be able to find them from time to time.
@shadows_control This 🎯
About a year after moving house, a neighbour said 'neither you or your son mention his father' and I replied 'no, we don't'
End of conversation.
Letting go isn’t a decision.
It’s the slow process of teaching your nervous system that release won’t mean abandonment, danger, or the loss of who you are.
A thread on trauma, safety, and finally coming home to yourself:
@visitnorthyork Having a picnic near the Abbey on what was described as a "breezy day" and having to chase my ham salad sandwich as it blew away across the field. Good times.
🔥🩸 Oh here we go again.
More evidence for doctors, journalists, governments and everyone to ignore:
Covid messes with how your body moves blood around.
This time, it’s the capillaries, the tiniest blood vessels that keep every part of your body supplied with oxygen:
@legalnomads@1goodtern I'm going through a bout of "covid fingers" at the moment, bright fingertips and not much sensation in them. Just checked fingerprints. Wish I hadn't. WTF? What fresh hell is this?
I'm recovering from a breakdown at the moment so things have been pretty tough- if you could spare a few moments to RT my post about the prints of my photos in my Etsy shop (previous tweet) it would help to maybe put my shop in front of a few extra eyes.
Thankyou so much 🌿
@acrossthemersey The children wore diapers because they weren't allowed access to the toilet, they had a strict timetable and number of times a day. The kids weren't allowed outside, they were off any register so no one knew they were there. None of this is covid-induced.
@acrossthemersey So obsessive cleaning is a symptom but this house was filthy and so were the children. Also they hadn't seen a doctor or had shoes that fitted them since 2019. But yeah let's blame it all on covid anxiety so everyone can get labelled.

After finding "zenk yiu" in his English book, I had to ask a teacher to stop asking Son to write sentences in a weird phonetic Spanglish. During the meeting - in Spanish, of course, teacher said she'd spent 1 month in the UK. She wasn't the worst English teacher he had.
@TraceyABurgess I'm sorry ☹️ try doing what I've said in the past 'the hospital has insisted on me wearing the mask during the contagious stage' or similar.
Not only will you get no comments about not needing to mask, there will be no queue ahead of you at the checkout.
Win-win 😁
@This_Matterz I noticed Neighbour upstairs was sneezing a lot this morning, when I counted 14 sneezes in 5 minutes I closed the window. I have no idea what he's got but I don't want it.
@justaneighsayer I got sent the original article by someone who added 'I'm worried about your mental health', so I sent a photo back of me on the beach I visited the day before and added 'CBA to read that. Nice try.'
