@vfsglobalcare Yea reach out to the uk embassy and get put through to ukvi again? Thanks but they have no information on any case. They only can escalate cases and tell you if a decision has been made. What concerns me is why vfs will not tell me what is happening with my passport?

@vfsglobalcare There is no tracking system for UK visas. You should know this seeing as you work for vfs! So please stop sending auto messages and give me an honest answer to what is going on with our visa and passport.
