Replenishing muscle glycogen is imperative intra and post workout. Mainstream dumb anti-sugar cope has us drinking water out of room temperature plastic instead of something more stimulating and nourishing.
Drink Mighty Salts.
An electrolyte formula I can fully get behind @MightySaltsCo
Big plus for the added thiamine (I just ran out)
My local store ran out of Gerolsteiner, but San Pelle will do
@CRACKMAGNET@WhenSteroids Nope, that's from some of the polyphenols found in coffee. Isolated caffeine works synergistically with thiamine to drive improved glucose metabolism
@RetailGaslight You wont be able to find a higher dosed (and bioavaible) electrolyte formula on the market. Even our half servings mog 90% of formulas and we use real fruit powder unlike virtually every competitor who use citric acid and natural flavours
@RetailGaslight Please try producing the same product at a low MOQ, with all the added per-unit overheads, for any cheaper than we have.
I doubt you’ll be able to.

If you get strong side effects from caffeine including shakiness and a higher tendency towards anxiety, then you're probably B1 deficient, try it with some B1 and see how you feel

@questmoosa That's the exact reason why we formulated MS w/ B1 and Caffeine (lil bit of sugar too). I always have a scoop when I get home from a night out and wake up fresh as a daisy the next morning.
