This is the worst experience of my life and I would advise everyone to stop using Yatra. No customer support, no confirmation.

@YatraOfficial @Yatra_Care I had booked a flight for 2 people tomorrow from Mumbai to Kolkata, however only 1 got confirmed and the other said waiting for PNR. Upon contacting your support the agent was very rude, I had to be on call for more than 1 hour.

I couldn't get any resolution and the agent was blaming that it was my fault that I used Yatra. On top of that the agent tells me that I am being cheap by booking through Yatra and not the official portal of the airline. Is this how you treat your customers?
