The Starmer Government set up a Working Group to come up with an official definition of Islamophobia.

The group was an echo chamber in which every member had already reached the same conclusion: that a definition was needed. The FSU also revealed that all five members had links to Islamist organisations, two of which successive UK Governments have maintained a policy of non-engagement with.

Shadow Justice Secretary Nick Timothy asked to see the responses submitted to the Working Group’s consultation — a consultation that the FSU was not invited to take part in, despite our serious free speech concerns.

@NJ_Timothy has now revealed something deeply troubling in the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government’s response to his request.

Every single response received by the Working Group has been deleted.
