Part 4
"I can't feel my legs" she whimpered
"You'll be fine" I assured. She looked down the floor and picked something. She looked at me. "We did not use the latex!!
She looked at me and moved to sit beside me at the edge of the bed. She held me by the shoulder
Are you scared, ..worried?
I didn't say a word. She knelt before me,parted my legs and moved herself in-between.
"Look at me" I am ok. I am free. I am sickness free". "No infections"
"What of HIV?
"I am negative" she said almost teary. I cannot hurt you, I cannot hurt anyone.
I wanted to ask questions but I felt it's late. Maybe too late. Words cannot capture the great fear i felt in my supernatural. I felt chills all over my body that very instant. I was so angry but what am I going to do now? Even if i cursed, even if i screamed, I already had unprotected sex with her.
When she looked into my eyes and said" I loved you already". Every other thought vamoosed.
She wore her clothes and held my hands. " Let's go to dimple,.. let's go get something to eat".
Dimple is a nearby restaurant that also serves as a chalet. She left ahead of me. So many saw her leaving. I picked my door keys and saw a card identifying data about her.
Name: Osagie' Eunice Adesuwa.
Her Reg number, her age, She's a medical student. Medicine and surgery.
Am i wrong about her? Is it me just feeling bad of not protecting myself with a stranger? Why would she go through all that trouble to get me to fall in love with her, have unprotected sex just to infect me? So many thoughts, so many feelings, then i shrugged it off
When I met her at dimple, she had the food packaged in a plastic disposable plate already. She whispered in my ears...
"We're going to my hotel room"
Hotel room? Yes she nodded
"Big fish" .. at Abule Ado.
I went back home to take the pack of latex I kept on the fridge. As I was leaving, my neighbours wife called me..
"Amaechi...,
.."be careful, that paragon of beauty may be an angel of doom"
To be continued โ๏ธ
These days in Nigeria, some landlords will literally build matchbox-sized cubicles and boldly call it a โself-contained apartmentโโฆ then price it like itโs a luxury duplex ๐ญ
No space.
No proper ventilation.
No water.
