Anacortes defeats the defending 2A State Champs and current #1 ranked team in the state (2A) in a wild triple overtime thriller!

Trailing by 14 points in the 4th quarter, Anacortes tied the game up and actually had a chance to win the game in regulation however a field goal attempt was no good when the ball hit the left upright.

Again, in the first overtime Anacortes had another chance but the PAT was no good, ending the first OT tied at 41-41.

Neither the Seahawks or Wildcats scored in the second OT.

Archbishop Murphy scored first in triple OT and went for the 2-point conversion, however they were denied by the stingy Seahawks defense.

The Seahawks needed an answer and found it when senior QB Ryan Harrington scored on a designed QB run for 10 yards. This time, the PAT kick by Justin Lafluer was good and the Seahawks completed the come from behind win 48-47 to knock off Archbishop Murphy.
