Ik S1 dynamo ism didn't stack as well as S2 and S3 before 11.1 but I am pretty sure it'll stack about the same as S1 now, just with -1 flick ofc
Heavy being 210p is nothing, it will not be different with how much heavy paints rn
It gets away unscathed meanwhile dynamo gets a ism nerf and 200p cooler

Yes ik dynamo paints a ton too but dynamo has downtime issues and heavy doesn't, heavy has the ability to keep spamming paint and gets special so much easier
I wouldn't be surprised if heavy gets toned back because 23% increase is just too much
I am seeing a lot of dynamo hate so I went out of my way and make a document for how to deal with it

After the 11.0 buffs, Dynamo paints well and it can get cooler quickly, while also being able to fight with cooler effects
The main downside is lacking ways to deal with stuff like wall but imo this is still worth trying
I'm thinking this could potentionally work as a dynamo comp
Rpd to cover range plus it pokes from a distance
Splash to make up for dynamo's downtime with painting plus it has tools to get the team in
And bucket for comboing with the other weapons and tristrike for area control
I do want to return to competitive to give it another shot but with work being in the way these days I cannot, but I can do pickups occasionally and test out some possible viable dynamo comps
