@L0SSY I will happily take down my negative review on the game to a positive one once my false ban has been tended to. I congratulate you guys on getting the real cheaters out of the game, but what about the people hit with false bans who cant enjoy the game now and don't even know why?

@WARDOGSNow For further context I do want to mention that I have gone through the appropriate methods of appealing a ban but all I've received is a response from the discord bot that deals with game bans saying it doesnt deal with game bans and sent me a link to send a ban appeal.

@WARDOGSNow Whilst I agree that banned players review bombing the game isnt good, people like me that got a false ban slapped on their account should be able to leave a review. I got a false ban not long ago and am struggling to get any sort of response from anybody at Bulkhead
