@VuellingA1 you have been absolute useless finding my luggage. I had to contact an employee from CphAirport to actually do something about it. Horrible service and even worse in Barcelona, bringing it to my address, with a currier that insists I go to his truck. #vuelling
@CPHAirports so disappointed of the insanely slow service of the airport at lost luggage claim. Yesterday, they lost form my luggage from a flight Cph- Bcn , I made a complaint I received a number for it. I can see where my luggage is since this morning.
@CPHAirports For someone to take 10 mins and do their job ? After they have already done it wrong by loosing the luggage to begin with ? Can I get a reference, a name a phone to someone that is not a call center, someone that can do something about the situation?? Please! #cph#cphairport
@CPHAirports I am disappointed to think this happens in Copenhagen, I had higher expectations. Once they lost my luggage in Austria and the next day they deliver it at home with the next flight without even a discussion. How come I am here , 24 hours later trying to get help
@CPHAirports I did that since this morning, I have been in contact with the handling luggage company, the both airports . I told them where the luggage is , it could have been on a flight today if one of them wanted to actually help. But nobody does anything
@MenziesAMS calling your call center has been absolutely no help, it’s like talking to a robot. It’s been 24 hours since you lost my luggage from the flight CpH to Bcn, I can see where is located, I informed , wrote send photos of the location of the luggage yet
The system is designed so that , nobody gets a hold of actual people other than all centers which they don’t know anything nor they want to help. The next thing I can do, while I wait for 5 days , is to contact the bosses of the company, social media newspapers
@Vuelling270018 20 mins for someone one to go and pick it up and put it on the next flight, but nobody does anything. This is not a matter of not finding it, this is a matter of none of them actually looking for it. You keep stating that it takes 72 hours to bring
@Vuelling270018 do something please. From flight Cph-BCN you’ve lost my luggage, I made report and everything. I can see the location of the luggage, I have been calling all morning, writting on your website about the location. It takes 20 mins for someone to go and
The ignorance and slowness to which they deal with an issue , that they had caused it’s appalling. They simply refuse to be useful, stating that the most luggages are usually found within 72 hours, but I can see it’s right there why must I wait for 72 hours??? #cphairport
I called several numbers both bcn airport and Copenhagen telling them where the luggage is, it just need one person to go and pick it up and put it on the next flight to BCn, it takes 20 mins at last , but they just don’t do it .#Cph airport
@SAS I wish SAS would be eager to answer their customer complaints and return the money they own instead of just ignoring it and saying they will do something but nothing happens. Cheap companies like vuelling, Ryanair and so forth have excellent customer service
