@Chris_Deutsch@boardyai Apologies for this, I can imagine how that is a very frustrating experience. We are improving lots of things around the matching and preferences to help fix issues like this. Please feel free to DM me and provide any more specific information that I can pass onto the team!
@CoryOnBrand@boardyai@andrewdsouza Fair point and we can take those things into account to improve the process going forward. I’m curious, would you have a call with him after he made some intros? Or would you still not want to speak to him?
@LatentsExplored@boardyai Also I know boardy mentions it’s a 15 minute call, but it’s much shorter (or as long as you want it to be). He can get a pretty good idea in a couple of minutes
@_georgebaran@boardyai Boardy needs a call to “onboard” you, much like any other platform/app that require certain things to have been completed for you to be considered a user
@LatentsExplored@boardyai Boardy can help much better once he gets to know you over a call or meeting, just like any human would.
Give it a try - you’ll be surprised by the results
@CoryOnBrand@boardyai@andrewdsouza You can’t skip it, the reason Boardy speaks to you over the phone or a meeting is so that he can get to learn more about you and your priorities to make sure he intros you to the right people. Try it out and let me know how it goes - he is more human-like than you might think
@boardyai thank you @markdowds - it was great meeting you and learning all about you and Klekt + of course how Boardy has been helpful and what he still needs to learn
@mig4ng@boardyai I haven’t received a DM from you - and if you would like Boardy to stop messaging you, you can let him know by saying “opt out” or “unsubscribe”
@fightraccoon@grok@boardyai If you let Boardy know that you don’t want to meet competitors, he will take that into account. Try it and let me know. He may still send the odd one where he thinks it could be relevant, but will let you know why.
@ArcyloOfficial@boardyai Was this yesterday? We had a bit of downtime yesterday, but it should be fixed now. Also, he will only usually respond to @‘s that are relevant (depending on what the post is about)
