BREAKING (Update): One Cambodian civilian has died after Thai soldiers opened fire in Prey Chan village, Ou Beichan commune, Ou Chrov district, Banteay Meanchey, on the afternoon of November 12.

Earlier reports said five others were injured when Thai troops fired across the border into Cambodian territory, according to provincial governor Um Ratha.
