@PierreVLeBrun If your league has to make a formal investigation into the coaches past to see if he is allowed to coach again, maybe just hire someone else.
@MattKopnak I wouldn’t want to move my entire life and family for a marginal raise. He deserves his chance to make his money if that’s what he wants, but it’s not like fans expect him to be cool with 5 mill a year.
@islanders_takes Larkin can also just stay home, then shit really hits the fan. IMO would be best for Detroit to deal with this sooner than later, it likely only gets worse
@ECloskyWTSP Ever team has injuries if that’s the only reasoning it’s pretty weak imo. Norris missed over half the year for buffalo, dahlin dealt with personal tragedy the whole year, kulich out the whole year.
@SabresLive Tampa finished below the Sabres with stacked team, this makes zero sense, awards seem to just be a popularity contest not based on actual merit.
@Sabrestalkv2@SneakyJoeSports You hate Eichel because of his medical choices but say wgr needs to be better for having an issue with a current employee doing stuff with Carolina. Seem hypocritical not sure why that’s hard to understand.
@Sabrestalkv2@SneakyJoeSports Not really no, just saying that there are a large group of Sabres fans that would hate Carolina given the outcome of the ecf in 05, so it’s not at all weird that people wouldn’t like seeing a team employee involved with the hurricanes. Eichel thing speaks to holding a grudge
@Inside1Buffalo@JKlappss@buffalytics@Sabrestalkv2@Sportstalkbuff1 Look man if you want to love Kevin Adams go for it I’m glad they made the change, I don’t think they have the season they did if he’s not fired. You are welcome to disagree but I’d think if the league felt the same he’d probably have another job by now, as a scout at least.
@Inside1Buffalo@JKlappss@buffalytics@Sabrestalkv2@Sportstalkbuff1 If you want to give Adams credit for bringing a lot of the current players, that’s fine. But it’s clear they weren’t going to succeed under Adams as evidenced by their play after he was out. He did some good but a lot of the bad was what he didn’t do, that cost him.
@Inside1Buffalo@buffalytics@Sabrestalkv2@Sportstalkbuff1 No what should have been done is add some vets to the lineup and build around the young players. It’s shortsighted to assume career years and constant progression from young players, they need to be supported and that just wasn’t done.
