Fantastic news for election security
Congratulations to President Trump, @DAGToddBlanche, and @AAGShumate
One step closer to making it easy to vote and hard to cheat
It’s not unreasonable to suggest we should vote on whether to take a long August recess
It’s not “demoralizing to the Republican base” to say “let’s set aside enough time to give the SAVE America Act a fighting chance”
To the contrary, this is what voters—in both parties—want
🚨 TEXAS SENATOR JUST CHOSE THE BEACH OVER AMERICA
John Cornyn is openly attacking Trump and Mike Lee for trying to keep the Senate in session to pass the SAVE America Act.
His big concern?
That raising expectations might “disappoint” Republican voters 99 days before the midterms.
Read that again.
While other senators are volunteering to stay and fight for election integrity, Cornyn is worried about managing voter feelings so he can still take his August break.
This is the exact energy that loses elections.
Texas deserves better than a senator more focused on protecting the recess calendar than protecting the ballot box.
Lol you are beyond ignorant. He is the President of the United States. This is his decision; if he lets him in on a diplomatic passport, then nobody can touch him. At all. I would love to see this showdown between NYC and the Feds. That would be HILARIOUS and NYC would get absolutely crushed!
A FOIA request revealed that, in just one town, 3rd parties (credit card companies, cell phone companies, alphabet agencies, retailers, foreign governments, etc...) accessed camera data more than 500,000 times in a 9 week period.
"Flock Safety could not guarantee that it's not sharing information with federal agencies." No shit.
Several municipalities in CT are "turning off" their Flock cameras in response to what one FOIA request revealed. The problem - the towns don't control/own the cameras nor the data they collect so they can't turn them off. They can instruct their employees to not access them but Flock, a private company funded *almost exclusively* (outside of people like Marc Andreessen & his ilk) by taxpayer dollars, owns the devices and the data.
Plan accordingly...

@carla_sledge@GhostOfAssange@JesseBWatters Nobody is possibly dumb enough to believe something that ludicrous. You know it is an international waterway. It’s quite fucking obvious by the definition of international waterway. It’s called geography, dumbass.
Seven Simple Points Explaining How We Can Pass The SAVE America Act—And Save America!
(1) Bring the SAVE America Act back to the Senate floor next week, making clear that we will keep debating the bill until we pass it.
“After careful review of the legislation and existing Supreme Court precedent, I find the assault weapon ban signed by the Governor on May 15, 2026 unconstitutional – and as a result, unenforceable. My office will not support criminal charges resulting solely from technical violations of the unconstitutional assault weapon ban.”
