@AmericanAir Hi, I need to submit a complaint to the DOT. An AA mistagged our bag & lost our carseat leaving us stranded, an AA agent gave us verbal confirmation that AA would reimburse our hotel stay, but now refuse to do so :( Can give details in DM if you want before I submit.
