Paseo Academy's founding K-12 bilingual class graduated last week!
These students were the FIRST dual language class in KCPS history, and the first dual language class to graduate in this region! We couldn't be more proud of them 👏

As the KCPS Education Foundation continues showcasing the amazing work of our teachers while gifting them grants that will make a major impact in their classrooms, we want to congratulate @KCPS_BorderStar's Ms. Kathleen Bowman, who received a $2,000 grant from the Foundation!
Through the KCPS Cares Fund, we have an opportunity to live out that value by supporting families in need.
Every dollar donated goes toward helping KCPS families access critical support during this challenging time.

The KCPS Education Foundation recently surprised @KCPS_NEMS' Amy Carlson with a grant to create a space for community building & the cross-cultural language of play, where students can enjoy ping pong, basketball toss, foosball and similar fun opportunities for connection!
@KCPS_Lincoln Having to divert money each year from regular operating budget can only fix/patch so much when it has to be done every single year.
Every other area district, yes, every single one, has dedicated Bond funding for help with these things---something KCPS hasn't had since 1967.
