Took the same 1:2RR on both my Apex Funded and Challenge accounts.
Up 1.5% on @ApexTradeFund funded account and 0.5% left to pass the challenge phase.
Patience and risk control beats forcing trades.
Trading is a skill built over time, not a shortcut to fast money.
If you’re new, your goal should be learning discipline, risk control, and patience... not maximising profits.
The traders who last are the ones who respect the process.
🟢+4R today @ApexTradeFund
The lesson isn’t about the win. It’s about process.
I used the same setup, same risk, and same rules on both instruments.
Profitability doesn’t come from finding the “perfect market".
Its from executing a repeatable strategy with controlled risk.

This trade is a good example of why session context matters.
Price expanded during the Asian session, then failed to hold highs as LDN opened.
This is a common pattern: one session creates the range, the next provides the direction.
@happyface195982@Tradovate Last time it took about 5-6 hours before I was able to take a trade again.
However, it seems to be a regular occurrence now.
Another trade, another 1:1 RR.
I’m publicly documenting what most won’t:
Passing a prop firm using 1:1 risk-to-reward and strict rules.
Same edge. Same risk. Over and over.
Missed 2 winning setups.
Took 1 loss.
Still documenting my journey of passing a prop firm using ONLY 1:1 RR.
Same risk. Same rules. No gambling.
Can 1:1 RR actually pass a prop firm?
If you’re new to trading, stop trying to pass prop firm challenges in one day.
Don’t gamify it unless you have serious capital or serious experience.
Chasing fast money is usually the slowest way to actually make money.
