Just completed a 24 hour fast I decided to do on a whim.

Mind feels clear.
Body feels light.
My energy is ramping up.
Everything tastes delicious.
Getting full faster than usual.

Self awareness.

Constantly paying attention to your own thoughts, emotions and behaviors.

You see what works. You see what doesn’t. Only when you clearly see what needs improvement can you improve.

That’s creativity—divinity expressed physically.

We can never be replaced.

AI cannot replace human creativity because “human creativity” is not human.

It is Divine. Something greater than us is the source of true Creativity. The source of creativity is something beyond us, which plants a spark of inspiration into our minds (our receiver), which we perceive as a new idea.

What is this “something beyond?” This is the realm of the Spirit. And the realm of the Spirit is the realm AI cannot touch.

The point is to think deeply and make connections you otherwise wouldn't have. You're making a terrible mistake using an LLM to replace this process.
