I'm a bad parent apparently. My son is asking me to play a song we heard on the radio yesterday. But I don't know which song!
He says it has a man singing with guitars and drums. (That narrows it down!)
Now he's really frustrated with me because I'm not playing the right song!

I've been WFH for 5 yrs now; well before pandemic.
I made it work by being in-person for a while and establish rapport w the team.
I'm all for WFH work, but worried about new employees. How do you help newbies onboard if no in-person? Won't they be missing informal connections?
