@FlyTPA Folks who are flying in during hurricane can't change their flights because apparently the whole process starts with you! Whatever you need to do...start doing it, please! We are ALL waiting on YOU. It has to come from the airport itself before airlines can act.

So @TMobile called me back from me being in queue for help. They told me that my account is not locked....despite the website and app telling me that it is. So....down to two options: 1) Wait until tomorrow 2) Find another carrier

@Tmobile - So after trying to buy a phone for the past 1 1/2 hours....they will just lock your account. I guess that's one way to tell your customers to piss off. Options are to wait 24 hours, sit on hold for 2 hours, and find another carrier. Hmmmm.....

@HillsboroughFL Your hurricane map (aegis) doesn't load flood zone data and has a pop-up stating no current evacs, while the news is reporting mandatory evac for Zone A. Not good emergency management!
