Thanks to Chief Canfield for the look inside Laconia’s Real‑Time Crime Center. Faster evidence, smarter policing, stronger safety. Proud to see this level of innovation and accountability in our city.
So good to see Mayor Bordes and Chief Canfield and say hello to officers and dispatchers at the Laconia Police Department!
Grateful for law enforcement officers across New Hampshire who are doing fantastic work to keep us the safest state in the nation.
Happy 603 Day!
Woke up in New Hampshire? You’re already winning. Lakes, grit, straight talk, and a motto that screams LIVE FREE OR DIE.
Laconia shows that energy every day. Get outside, support local, make some noise.
Friday well spent meeting with business owners in Laconia alongside Mayor Mike Bordes.
Small businesses like these are the backbone of New Hampshire, and they’re a big reason I’m running for Congress.
Government’s job is not to make life harder for the people creating jobs, serving their communities, and keeping our economy moving. Its job is to get out of the way, be accountable, and stop wasting money.
When I get to Washington, I’ll fight for lower costs, less red tape, fiscal responsibility, and a government that works for Granite Staters - not special interests.
@isaiahthomas Laconia, NH has the largest arcade in the world, we have social districts that encourage family shopping downtown, and amazing lakes including Lake Winnipesaukee! would love to see you here.
Mayor Mike Bordes
Great seeing Laconia officers out downtown in the Social District. Visible, professional, and engaged exactly what keeps the area safe, welcoming, and running the way it should. Strong work by a strong team.
Memorial Day reminds us that our freedoms were secured by brave Americans who served with honor and never came home.
Their sacrifice lives in every right we exercise and every peaceful morning we’re given.
We honor them with purpose, kindness, and gratitude.
From the top of Mount Major with Kitty to the 405 Pub & Grill to Foster’s Tavern, and many other stops, it was a terrific day on the campaign trail in Alton and Laconia!
Laconia’s Downtown Social District opens at noon today a great boost for tourism and our local businesses.Enjoy a drink as you explore downtown, stay inside the district, use the authorized cups, and toss them when you’re done. Let’s keep it clean, safe, and welcoming. #nhpolitics
Tracey, my fiancee/wife, was diagnosed with breast cancer. She had surgery April 29 and now starts chemo with a port placed yesterday. Watching her fight this breaks me, but her strength is unreal. Life will look different for a while she’s not walking this road alone.
Great day with @sununusenator started at 405 Pub & Grill, hit City Hall, then visited Defiant Records, the Candy Shop, Trillium, Social Club Barber Shop, Daubs Cobbler Shop, and more. From my perspective, John gives NH its best shot at real representation in D.C.
Happy EMS Week 2026 to the pros who turn chaos into order. Laconia’s EMTs & paramedics show up every time, no excuses. My sister’s a paramedic (not here), so I know the sacrifice behind the uniform. Grateful for the grit, skill & heart that keep this city steady.
Laconia Police removed 14 animals from a home after an animal‑cruelty charge. Several were in poor condition; two dogs had to be euthanized. Zero tolerance for neglect in this city. Grateful to LPD for acting fast and protecting these animals.https://t.co/Gz7EMfgSRT
National Police Week honors the officers who serve and those who never made it home. Grateful for the men and women of Laconia PD & Belknap County Sheriff’s Office who hold the line every day. This city and this county see you, and we remember the fallen. #NationalPoliceWeek2026
@PondyWangan This is getting old and honestly pretty stupid. You don’t even live in Belknap County, yet you’re still obsessing over it. We did the right thing when it mattered unlike your cronies and no amount of posting AI banners is going to rewrite that.
