With so much attention on WI court campaign, I’m sorry there isn’t any real debate about abolishing judicial elections. Talk about intentionally politicizing the rule of law. Go read Federalist 78 and while it was about the federal judiciary, it’s clear the founders did not think judges should be elected anywhere.
