@PremierScottMoe Maybe you and @jeremycockrill should have taken a few days off last week as well. 3 less days to put his foot in his mouth and maybe the SP would have found a way to get an actual tentative agreement with teachers done!
“We don’t want to get to a situation where we have to look at the school year being extended because of job sanctions but that’s certainly a discussion we may need to have very shortly here,” Education Minister Jeremy Cockrill said earlier this week.

I am an STF teacher and I am confident that the president, executive, and senior STF leadership are representing my views, listening to teachers, and are standing up for public education. This is a flimsy attempt to create an appearance of division in a unified membership.
Putting this single line in the Teachers Collective Agreement was Scott Moe’s “off ramp” and he refused to take it. He doesn’t want a settlement… he wants a scapegoat and another reason to rage farm to his anti worker corporate donors. He’s incapable of compromising.
Teachers asked for one line. Instead, government refused to include *their own accountability framework* in the teacher contract.
It's clear: This government has no interest in funding public education.
Tell government/SSBA their actions are unacceptable: https://t.co/NxcBEFQzR5
@RandiLJones Wow…That is not an easy thing to do these days and becoming more and more the norm at the dinner table (along with so many other hurtful views). Good on you to stand up for our most vulnerable students!!!👏
No matter where you fall on the political spectrum, please watch this.
@PierrePoilievre is always talking about common sense.
Is this not a boatload of common sense?
I know some of you hate the guy, but how is this message not something to be proud of?

@PremierScottMoe There have been over 190,000 letters, emails and calls made for you and @jeremycockrill to bargain in good faith with the STF…why aren’t you listening?
Thank you to the Sask School Board Trustees who have spoken out and supported teachers.
Threats to local boards’ existence and selective cuts to school division funding are a too recent memory for many board trustees to feel comfortable speaking publicly.
@PremierScottMoe Clear, predictable and sustainable funding! Put it in the collective agreement as we all know you will pull it away as soon as you get the chance! This is bad faith bargaining!
Government's story: STF spent 30 mins bargaining in five months.
Reality: We spent the same amount of time bargaining as government. This included five days in December and a half-day in February, before they ultimately stood us up the next day.
Let's get the facts straight.
