It would appear @VioVet are alone in supplying Zyclene in their own boxes of ten, since the manufacturers only make packs of 20. So a photo showing a box of 20 with a price for ten is deceptive @Lutoncouncil #LutonTradingStandards

Now @HomeBuildersFed claim, "30 local authorities reduced, delayed or stalled their housebuilding plans" since December, but it is the number of planning applications by builders that is down. https://t.co/HBn9vFBsf4

Saw this made me chuckle. Better caption would have been, housebuilder training, raise you hand if the property behind you is defect free .... #housebuilderfails #housingdefects

[Mike Castle BSC (Hons) FCIOB @MikeCastleFCIOB]

@SophieLB1 @PhilH23 They know fully well what's going on and chose to look the other way the housing industry is rotten from the top down. The current housing culture is driven from the top.

When is a cable tie not a cable tie? When the cable supplying the power to the extract fan is also sercuring the duct to the extract fan. #drewsmith #nhbc

47% of accidents on construction projects are falls from height. 1/3 of accidents happen when returning to put poor quality right. Adds another dimension to build it right first time. #safety #ukconstruction

@SteveMcfirerisk You only have to look at the history of housebuilding to get the answer. This time it will different I'm sure...?!

[Mike Castle BSC (Hons) FCIOB @MikeCastleFCIOB]

@NHBC The homeowner shouldn't have to do any checks, if the NHBC have checked the property first before signing it off as meeting the standard.

@WhitacreBespoke @PeteOldham3 @HomeSolicitor @khsurveyors @bovishomes @teamvistryp @NHBC @Bovis Surely got to be worth a punt for some solicitor on a no win no fee basis. Only got to win one and the flood gates will open. PPI springs to mind.
