The film doesn’t just pay homage to its influences; it absorbs and reinterprets them, resulting in a piece that’s as unpredictable as it is entertaining, balancing absurdity with genuine suspense.

If it weren’t for my then-introverted ass discovering the Jersey Trilogy in the ‘90s and relating to those movies I never would’ve pushed myself to become a moviemaker.

In 2007 I moved back to LA, finally stopped saying I was going to make a movie, and by 2008 I was working on my first feature and its spin-off web series.
