@danroyles I use the music video (and song itself) for “Song of the South” by Alabama (1988) as an example of social remembrance compared to the actual history of the Depression Era South.
@professor_jedi Some people were theorizing that it was specifically created for someone who already had some pre-existing position and this was just like a paperwork hoops kind of thing. Which I hope is true because, otherwise, we’re all screwed.
@DrakeandDice “High fantasy” really just makes me think in imagery. Like Pre-Raphaelite art e.g. “The Lady of Shalott” or “The Death of King Arthur.” Then also the works of Frank Frazetta and Boris Vallejo.
